Established by Unsung Heroes Limited, Veteran Grappling has a vision to improve the lives of current serving, former serving Military (ADF) and first responders through physical and mental health services.
We have been established to bring a unique form of alternative treatment for our Unsung Heroes. Our FREE program offers specially designed training in the grappling arts of Judo, BJJ and wrestling combined with yoga, mindfulness and medical intervention.
Free for current and ex-serving members of the ADF, its Allies, Ambulance, Police, Firefighters and other first responders.
